Lost & Damage:

If your item is broken we guarantee a replacement. Should you receive a visibly damaged package, please request a confirmation that the package was damaged and file a claim with the postal service. Should such situation occur, please inform us immediately.

Warranty:

Warranty for all lighting fixtures expires with a period of 1 year from the date of order delivery.  If the product has been improperly installed, tampered with, or altered in any way, the warranty is not valid. Warranty service resulting from this warranty will be performed within 30 days from the date of application (either repair or replacement). Complaints should be submitted on-line by sending an e-mail to the address: info@alvitradesign.com

Installation:

All lighting must be installed by a licensed  electrician in accordance with the customer’s country’s current wiring and building regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all suspension points are sufficient to safely hold the fixture.

Quality:

Small imperfections or slight variations in size and colour may occur as a result of a handmade process. Opening of the shades are made by separating bottom from the body when hot and flame polished. This results in ragged and irregular rim making every piece unique and unrepeatable.
