What is the production lead time?
We have a very limited stock and most of our lamps are made to order. Typically the production time is 4 - 6 weeks.
Do you accept bespoke orders?
Yes, we do!
What happens if my lamp arrives damaged?
We will send you a new replacement.
How long does the shipment take?
We use UPS, TNT, DHL or similar service for European customers and the average delivery time is less than a week. The trucking number is provided.
For overseas customers (United States, Canada, Australia and others) we use the Czech Post + local post priority service and delivery time varies from 2 to 6 weeks. The trucking number is provided.
If you wish to change your transport provider to UPS, TNT, DHL or similar and fasten your delivery, please contact us prior to the purchase. We will be happy to arrange it for you but with additional costs.
Do you work with distributors?
We don't work with distributors in other countries as the large part of our orders need to be treated individually. Therefore we prefer a direct contact with our customers. And we ship our lights all over the world.
How many watts maximum allowed in the lamps?
A maximum of 20 watt bulbs. We recommend LED bulbs.
